Fall Sports- if you are planning on participating in a fall sport for the 2010-2011 year please make sure to fill out the Athletic Code, Parent/Guardian Form and Physical Examination signed by your doctor with a $175 check made out to HCHS before August 23rd, 2010. These can be turned into the front office.
